Nestor Quaas, President/CEO of Quality Care Cleaning for 25 years is responsible for the success and growth of the Quality Care and the services we provide.  The company has grown from 5-10 commercial cleaning clients and 1,000 Resident Based Clients in 2006 to over 70 commercial cleaning sites throughout New Jersey and a Residential Client Base of over 2,000 homeowners in the Monmouth and Ocean county area.  

The success of Quality Care Cleaning is largely based on providing professional and consist customer service, a low turn over in cleaning specialist staff and the basic principle of a "hands on working|management|supervisory staff together with a team of skilled professional cleaning specialist to perform the daily cleaning and exceptional customer service of our commercial business clients. "One client at a time!"  

Diane Penilla, Account and Office Manager comes to Quality Care Cleaning with 13 years of customer service experience in the banking field and 5 years experience as an office manager of one of the largest home building companies in New Jersey.  She supported the management needs of two division presidents, chief financial officer and a senior vice president along with a field staff of over 75 associates.  Diane's management and supervision of our commercial clients demonstrates focus, strong and direct communication to support our clients current and future needs in commercial cleaning.

Javier Garriga, Supervisor has been with Quality Care Cleaning for over 3 years and has been responsible for on-site management of our cleaning specialist crews at various locations.  He monitors the service and establishes a rapport with our commercial cleaning clients.  Javier manages his own accounts keeping his skill and eye for detailed cleaning sharp. 

All employees are carefully screened and back ground checked to insure the quality of character representing Quality Care Cleaning.  We also maintain On-site Customized Commercial Cleaning Checklist at every job site to ensure each assigned task is performed at every service date.
